When will my items ship?
Please note that your order will be shipped after orders have been processed on either the 1st or 15th of each month. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your items to be shipped after orders are processed and product fulfillment begins. Please note that ERM Sustainability Solutions’ liability of the product is complete upon delivery, as confirmed by the shipping company.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be processed when you place the order for items.

How will this charge read on my credit card?
Some credit card issuers may display a status of “recurring” on your statement. This does NOT mean that you will be charged multiple times for your donation or purchase. It is simply an indicator for the credit card issuer of how our payment gateway, Square, handles payments.

Can I make changes to my order?
Please do your very best to be sure all of your order information is correct before placing the order. Because all items in this store are made to order, it can be very difficult to make changes. However, if you absolutely need to make a change, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Can I return or exchange my item?
All sales are final unless product is defective. All items are produced and made to order at the end of each campaign. Please double check sizing before placing your order.

What is your policy regarding bulk shipments?
Once you have received your bulk shipment it is your responsibility to confirm that all individual orders have been accurately fulfilled. Any issues with a shipment must be reported by contacting us here within 2 business days of the shipment proof of delivery date.
